A Gisborne kid who backed himself, so he could back everyone else.
Our founder, Izzy Whitley, started ALH at just 21. He knew first-hand what a start in the trades could do for a young person’s life, because it happened for him. So he built a labour hire company on a simple idea: give hard-working New Zealanders the same opportunity, and treat them like people, not numbers on a roster.
What began as general labour on construction sites has grown into a nationwide team servicing civil, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and the open space markets. Same founder. Same mission. A lot more people getting to work.
